Best Western Plus White Horse Hotel, Londonderry

The hotel was a little far from the front reception, which was a bit of a chore for carrying baggage, but it was perfect for our stay otherwise. The rooms were not clean, and it was freezing upon arrival, indicating lack of heating preparation. The staff, especially Marta, was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make our day perfect. The location was super comfortable and near Londonderry/Derry but a little puzzling for accommodating many people. The dining was basic but delicious, with some variations in quality. The hotel had friendly and efficient service but was adjacent to a bar with loud music until late on weekdays.

The hotel had a nice restaurant, but the rooms were small and stuffy with a view of a dirty back yard. The service was exceptional, despite a rude receptionist. The location was average, and the dining experience was slow with limited staff. The additional charge for the jacuzzi was a downside.
